This place suits me perfectly! It offers free Wi-Fi, a gorgeous seasonal pool, and an outdoor dining area. The staff even helped me with my heavy baggage on my first stay. I always feel at home here and can’t wait to return this Christmas!

The check-in process was frustratingly slow and disorganized. We had issues with the door keys and found the room decor outdated and unappealing. Additionally, the provided amenities like coffee and shampoo were lacking, which was disappointing for the price we paid.

The pool area was a highlight—crystal clear water and plenty of seating made for a relaxing time. Gary, the owner, kept the property tidy and was attentive, which I truly appreciated. I also enjoyed the view from my room. it was lovely to sit outside and take in the surroundings.

The towels provided were quite small and thin, though I brought my own as a backup.

Comfortable beds, spectacular location, with a lovely view of the ocean from our room and a well-kept outdoor dining area where we enjoyed breakfast.

I loved how this place felt clean and well maintained, and enjoyed the easy access to nearby landmarks like nubble lighthouse and york's wild kingdom which made my daily strolls a breeze. it truly felt like a haven for city explorers like me.
